St. Ã山ǿ¼é encourages qualified international students to apply for admission

When applying to St. Ã山ǿ¼é as an international student, there are three phases of the admissions process.
  • Phase 1: Review of academic credentials; Preferred by July 1 for the fall semester and Dec. 1 for the spring semester.
  • Phase 2: Certification of Financial Responsibility;
  • Phase 3: Confirmation of enrollment and issuing of I-20 application for student visa.

  • F1 Transfer Form

    The  is required for any international student with F1 status who spent the last academic year in the Unites States (including a high school, college, or language study program). Students must secure release from their previous US institution in order to attend Ã山ǿ¼é.  Students coming to Ã山ǿ¼é from high school will still be considered first-year students at Ã山ǿ¼é, even with the F1 Transfer Form.

    Be sure to show your name on the application and other documents you complete exactly as it appears on your passport.

    Some international students may qualify for a scholarship or grant to assist in paying the cost of attending St. Ã山ǿ¼é. International students who apply to St. Ã山ǿ¼é must submit all of the documents required for freshman or transfer students. Additionally, they must provided translations of these documents if they are not issued in English.

    Please refer to the phases listed above for detailed information about the requirements for certifying financial responsibility and obtaining the I-20 student visa application.

    International students have several options when choosing how they wish to apply for admission. Which ever option you select, be sure to indicate your country of birth and citizenship. All new Ã山ǿ¼é students are required to provide completed health forms and vaccination records. Submitting these prior to arrival on campus is especially helpful.

    International students receiving Ã山ǿ¼é grants and scholarships, please note: If your scholarship funds exceed the amount of tuition or designated room grants, you may be responsible for a 14% foreign scholarship tax, depending on your country of origin.
