Goals for the RN to B.S. in Nursing program at St. Ã山ǿ¼é include:

• The completion rate of RN to B.S. in Nursing students will be 70% or higher over the three most recent calendar years when excluding students who have identified factors such as family obligations, relocation, financial barriers, and decisions to change majors or transfer to another institution of higher education.
• The employment or academic progression rate of RN to B.S. in Nursing graduates will be 80% or higher.
• Overall program quality and satisfaction will be 80% (4.0/5.0) or higher annually as measured using exit surveys, alumni surveys, and employer surveys.
  

Upon successful completion of the RN to B.S. in Nursing program at St. Ã山ǿ¼é, graduates will be equipped to:

• Utilize best evidence and person-centered care rooted in compassion to enhance clinical expertise.
• Demonstrate principles of emotional intelligence, integrity, and a sense of ethical responsibility to the discipline of nursing through the practice of personal, professional, and leadership development.
• Explore healthcare technologies and innovation to optimize quality care and safety while considering policy and systems-based practices.
• Advocate for intentional collaboration and care coordination that involves relevant stakeholders in an effort to promote equitable population health outcomes.
